KAPOK FIBRE
Kapok is a natural, cellulosic fiber. The fibre grows on trees not requiring any additional water other than rain, along with no pesticides or fertilizers. Its origins come from the seed hairs of the Kapok tree Celiba Pentandira.
Thanks to its hollow structure, kapok is naturally made for performance. When spun into yarns, its fibres help fabrics to channel excessive moisture out and regulate body temperature effectively, improving comfort in every weather condition.
Kapok is a great sustainable alternative to down for padding purposes.
